Yes. You can request an upgrade or downgrade by contacting CampusSync. Upgrades may begin immediately, while downgrades normally take effect from the next billing cycle. Feature and billing changes will be confirmed before they apply.
Basic account setup and product guidance are included. Extensive configuration, custom development, on-site assistance, third-party setup, or large data-migration work may be quoted separately after reviewing your requirements.
We first review the quality and format of your existing records. Compatible spreadsheet or CSV data may be imported using agreed templates. Cleanup, conversion, and complex migration work may require additional time and charges.
You should request an export before cancellation. CampusSync will provide a reasonable opportunity to retrieve available data, after which remaining records may be deleted or anonymized unless they must be retained for legal, billing, security, or contractual reasons.
